Do you ever wonder: Why you make certain choices? Why you like to do certain things? Why you are better at some things than others? Would you like the opportunity to do what you do best every day?

All too often, our natural talents go untapped by devoting too much time to fixing our shortcomings rather than developing our strengths. Kimberly Perry, Ph.D., Talen Energy's Leadership Development Manager, will guide participants through understanding their Top 5 Strengths. It will also include strategies for applying these strengths in a new and changing ways.

Attendance for the entire workshop is required to receive credit.
