Introducing Redstone Agency as WiN-Canada's new Executive Director services provider
May 17, 2016
Dear WiN-Canada Members,
It gives me great pleasure to inform you that Women in Nuclear Canada (WiN-Canada) has engaged Redstone Agency Inc. as its new service provider for professional association management services. This decision comes as a result of the Request for Proposal that was issued by the Board of Directors in February 2016, and will better enable us to fulfill our Strategic Plan. A subcommittee of the Board underwent a lengthy process in order to select the right partner.
Redstone is a female-owned and millennial-operated association management agency and is therefore well positioned to help WiN-Canada deliver on its Strategic Plan. Redstone’s leadership is actively planning for the future of the organization’s membership. This includes being tech-savvy and taking advantage of digital trends. It also includes succession planning, which is important to ensuring the continued growth and sustainability of the organization.
Customer service and building relationships are extremely important to Redstone, as they recognize that they are at the frontline for members and stakeholders, and can make or break an individual’s experience with WiN-Canada. Carly Silberstein will be named the Executive Director of WiN-Canada. Taylor Weinstein will be our Event Director and Maddy Marchildon our Operations Manager (also see http://www.redstoneagency.ca/who-we-are/).
– Carly’s passion for connecting people, developing strategic partnerships, and her commitment to seeing her clients succeed is what sets the bar for the quality of service Redstone clients have come to expect. She has years of experience leading account and event teams that service corporate clients, not-for-profit organizations and professional associations in a variety of industries.
– Taylor is a dedicated, outgoing and high-energy team member who brings a wealth of experience to every event she produces. Taylor understands the importance of delivering the best possible member experience and focuses on exceeding attendee expectations, fostering positive relationships, and maximizing stakeholder value.
– Maddy has worked with over twenty not-for-profit organizations. She is focused on ensuring her clients receive advice based on best practices and brings a wealth of knowledge in volunteer engagement, CMS and website platforms, as well as change management. A bilingual member on the team, Maddy also has expertise in providing board and volunteer support and structuring the annual financial reporting systems of many organizations.
In order to begin developing relationships with WiN-Canada Board members, Chapter Leads, members, and other key stakeholders, I will be facilitating some introductions over the coming weeks. In the meantime, I welcome any feedback that you would like us to share with the new service provider, and look forward to sharing updates with you as we work to familiarize Redstone with WiN-Canada.
